What will be served?

• The type and variety of Lunch recipes/dishes served will be completely different every day and subject to availability.
• The typical served Lunch menu varies it may consist of: 1 serving of rice, 2 pieces of roties, 1 serving of curry/gravy, 2 servings of side dishes and 1 serving of Curd/Soup
• Complimentary sweets and special delicacies will be served on occasional days or festive seasons.

What will be the timings for ordering?

• Online Lunch orders shall be made before 09:00am of the day for any same day order-deliveries.
• All orders that are being made after the cut off time will be automatically available for the following day orders-deliveries. 
• Any late orders can only be arranged through phone-call/whatsapp.
• This online Lunch-Catering Services will be operating only during working days between Monday to Friday excluding national and state holidays.
• For special bookings on weekends or holidays need to be arranged priorly.

How the delivery timings will be?

• Delivery timings will be between 12:00 noon to 02:00 afternoon (12:00hrs to 14:00hrs).
• 5days and above orders need to return the provided Tiffin Carrier for collection on the next order delivery time/day.. 
• Special requirements for early, late or specific delivery time need to be arranged priorly.

How about order cancellations?

• Any cancellations only applicable for 5 days, 10 days, 15 days and 20 days subscriptions only. 
• Strictly any cancellation must be initiated/arranged before 08:30am of the day.
