Product cannot be returned after delivery. Kindly check your product before accepting the delivery product can be replaced, Sometimes, damage occurs during the transportation and will be delivered within an acceptable time frame or next time slot convenient to the customer.
If delivery is attempted but no one is available to receive the order in such case refund is not available. Or shall be delivered later time slot by contacting our customer care no +91-6364940001.In this case of redelivery, delivery charges may be applicable depending on the delivery distance from our location.
In Mid-night delivery, when the receiver is unavailable to receive the call or given a wrong address or due to security reason at delivery location in any such cases refund is not available. During delivery if the customer was not answering the call/ wrong number, we will call or reach the receiver’s alternative number/ Location/any Land Mark, suppose if both are unavailable then the order will be attempted and will be delivered at later time slot and delivery charges may be applicable.
When I can Expect my refund after cancellation of my order?Within 5-7 working days, refund amount shall be credited to the same Debit card/Credit card/Mobile wallet through which the payment was made. After deducting any necessary charges ( i.e. Payment gateway fee/other service charges) a full amount will be refunded.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Magic Potions, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to Magic Potions or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of your obligations under this User Agreement or arising out of your violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to intellectual property rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.
